Get It Gurlz, ["GIG"] offers products for consumers 18 or older.

GIG offers a 30 day warranty on all defective products. GIG offers no returns on opened DVD's other than for defective DVD's as all sales are final on opened product. If your DVD is defective, email support@getitgurlz.com to get a replacement DVD. If your DVD isn't opened and wish to get a refund, contact GIG using the email address below or number and get an RMA # for a refund on any unopened product.

All replacement DVD's will require the defective DVD to be sent into GIG before a replacement can be sent. You can email support@getitgurlz.com or call Customer Service at 281-804-9024, you will receive an RMA # to put on the outside of the shipping box. Please send all defective DVD's to the following address:
